Work Supervisor
About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Work Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves managing workflow, and acting as a bridge between the workforce and management to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workforce to ensure efficient operations and high quality of work.
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance and productivity, reporting any issues to upper management.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to resolve conflicts and address concerns.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address issues, and boost team morale.
- Assist in the training and development of staff to enhance skill sets and overall job performance.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational processes.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in team supervision and workflow management. Your excellent problem-solving and communication skills make you an effective leader capable of navigating complex work environments.
Key Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong working relationships.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of operational procedures and safety guidelines.
