About the Role

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Work Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves managing workflow, and acting as a bridge between the workforce and management to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workforce to ensure efficient operations and high quality of work.
• Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of employee performance and productivity, reporting any issues to upper management.
• Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management to resolve conflicts and address concerns.
• Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address issues, and boost team morale.
• Assist in the training and development of staff to enhance skill sets and overall job performance.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
