Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding swiftly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist the Customer Services Manager to maintain customer contact information.
- Showcase attention to detail by producing and issuing high-quality monthly customer reports.
- Assist the Customer Services Manager with selling Data Centre Services to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, offer support, and work towards common goals.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You possess a proactive attitude and excel in a fast-paced environment. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to connect with customers and colleagues alike, fostering positive relationships. With an analytical mind, you assess situations effectively, keeping abreast of data centre service offerings, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Customer Services team.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the data centre environment, or a similar critical environment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail, perfected in a customer relationship management role.
- Experienced in the coordination and management of external third-party contractors, and suppliers.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
