Key responsibilities include overseeing daily office activities, coordinating administrative support, managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and overseeing facilities service contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate office activities and services to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage schedules and appointments for staff as needed, including organising meetings and preparing required documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of office facilities and troubleshoot any issues to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the organisation of company events and activities to promote team collaboration and morale.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure favourable terms and cost-efficiency.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar administrative role involving contracts management.
- Familiar with procurement processes such as: documentation, supplier identification, evaluation, selection, monitoring, co-ordination, relationship management.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
